Meet Joe & Leesa Auciello. After a decade of running a successful restaurant in Arlington with co-chef Omar, it was decided it was time for a change of scenery and time to introduce authentic Neapolitan pizza to the cities and towns north of Boston. On December 29, 2015, Wood + Fire: A Neapolitan Pizzeria was established.
W+F’s Neapolitan pizza is made with ingredients imported from Italy, such as “00” Caputo flour, San Marzano Tomatoes, and Fior di Latte Mozzarella. Each pizza is flame baked in our 900º wood burning oven. From the oven to your plate, our pizza is soft and airy, with a touch of char on the fire kissed crust.
The pizza you once had vacationing in Italy, is now available to you without having to board a plane.
